Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field

- 2 years experience in a front office or front desk role, preferably in a hotel or resort

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Ability to meet deadlines effectively, juggle multiple tasks at once
